FAQ's
Are there beginner classes?
You can join a Jazzercise class at any time. From the novice to the most advanced exerciser, Jazzercise brings all fitness levels into one class. Jazzercise is a non-competitive program. You are encouraged to work at your own pace. Your instructor will demonstrate both low and high impact. We also offer Jazzercise lite classes. Whether you're a senior, newcomer, pregnant, or otherwise physically restricted, you can't go wrong with this popular light version of the original Jazzercise program.
What are the Instructors' credentials?
Jazzercise instructors participate in an intensive screening process as well as training and certification program, and are CPR certified. Instructors also continue their education in all aspects of dance and physiology to keep abreast of the latest developments in fitness.
How long are classes?
Class lasts one hour...you receive it all in one hour: cardio, strength, stretch, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing!
Can I try a class?

Click Speedy Registration for more information. Be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time.
How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5lb.) weights.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended.
