I joined the Butler, Pennsylvania, Jazzercise class in November, 2008. I average workouts of 2-3 times per week. I have to tell you about how I feel. I am a 56 yr. old female, who was suffering from sleep apnea, depression, borderline diabetic, loss of energy & self-esteem. Well, that was the old me. Since my joining Jazzercise, I have lost 30 pounds, am happy as can be, and have abounding energy. I am off of heart burn medication also. I sleep sound & wake up refreshed & ready to start my day. This exercise has also helped me in that I am a avid horseback rider. My stronger core has helped with my riding & balance and the strength in my arms & legs have made such a difference. I have tried every weight/loss pill, herb, exercise, in all these years and I just have to let you know....this is the real deal. The 1 hr. fits into my schedule, love dancing (exercising) to music and my Butler, PA instructors are the best. Friendly and fun. Just had to tell you my story. !!!!! Christine Criscella |

Jazzercise has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. I have done many exercise programs in the past whether being in a gym or on my own. This is the first program that has worked for me. I never expected Jazzercise to be a complete body workout. Wow, was I wrong. Since I joined in October 2007, I have lost 26 pounds and dropped 4 sizes. I feel great and have so much energy all day long. My attitude and confidence has gone way up and I find myself laughing a lot more than I ever have. I am a type of person who needs an instructor in front of me to keep me motivated. The harder the instructor works, the harder I work. All of the instructors bring their own personalities to the stage. They are fun, full of energy and keep you motivated the entire class. The instructors are so supportive and they make you want to come back the next day. I have also met many new friends at Jazzercise that I adore. Everyone is so supportive and acknowledges your success. I love and look forward to that hour out of my day! Thank you Jazzercise. |

Oh my word. I have lost 5 lbs (frankly it feels like more) and I feel great!!!! I am so glad that I found jazzercise. I have more energy on a consistent basis, and I have so much fun I am dumbfounded! I cannot say enough about the instructors either. Each one is so different from the other and yet they are great! Does that make sense? They each have their own distinct personalities that they bring to the workout and it just makes it that much better. I will just babble on and on so I will stop now but you can count on a member for as long as I am able to hobble around:) Debbie |

Hi All! I begin to attend Jazzercize classes last June, 2006 at the start of my Summer vacation. I am a teacher, and I decided this would be as good of a time as any to really commit to an exercise program. I was offered a "free week"at "Kid's Day America", and I thought sure. It's free. I will at least try it. What is the worst that could happen? Well just the opposite. THE BEST HAPPENED INSTEAD! I did not even wait until the week was over. I joined after only one or two classes. I was definitely hooked. I love how easy going everyone is and how fun the classes are. The hour goes by so quickly, that sometimes I forget I am even exercising. Lastly, my family has noticed a difference in my overall attitude, enthusiasm and love for life now. Thanks Jazzercise friends! |

Being a seasonal runner, I have always struggled to get my training in during the winter to be ready to run 5Ks during the spring season. This year instead of going out there in the cold to run I joined Jazzercise in January. Winter seemed to last longer than usual and all of a sudden it was May and I hadn't trained at all for the upcoming Race for the Cure on Mother's Day. I only got out once to train the week before the race. I was totally amazed that I finished the race with more cardiac endurance than I ever had before. It's not exactly a flat course, and I had no trouble at all nor did I have to stop at any time -- finished a little over my previous years' time (but I'm not getting any younger either). I actually felt like I could have run another few miles! I am totally convinced that my average attendance of 3 to 4 times a week at Jazzercise was definitely the contributing factor for how well I did at my first race of the year - and I didn't have to go out in the cold to get ready for it. Thank You Jazzercise! |
